Shipping Policy
All shipments are our responsibility until they leave our warehouse. Shipments will be done USPS. Shortages, errors or product defect must be reported to Manis within 5 days of receipt of goods. Lost shipments may be reported to Manis, however, we can’t assume responsibility for merchandise damaged or lost in transit. We will do as much as we can to try to fix the situation, but sometimes we can’t and therefore accept no liability. Damaged shipments are reported directly to the carrier.
