The Manis Tokul features 5 interchangeable lenses that can be easily removed and replaced in a few seconds. Depending on the conditions you are in will determine what lens would work best. Low light conditions like mountain biking single track in the woods you would want a clear lens or transparent yellow lens where if you were fishing on a boat in the bright sunlight the polarized gray lens would be a better option with its dark tint.
Whatever lens you choose they are really easy to change. First make sure your hands are clean so you do not get oil or debris on the lens. Then simply put your fingers on the top of the frame on both sides of the lens and roll your fingers to pop out the top of the lens from the frame. Repeat the process making sure the lens is seated in the frame groove.
